EDMONTON, Alberta - Voxcom, a provider of residential and commercial security systems, has announced that it is filing Articles of Amendments to redeem all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation. The shares will be redeemed at a price of $1.03.
The move, approved at a recent shareholder’s meeting, removes all of the company’s available shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. Voxcom will to operate as a private company.
Shareholders of the Alberta-based business have been told to forward share certificates to receive their respective proceeds from the sale of the shares.
