Weng new EverFocus president

TAIPEI, Taiwan--The board of directors of EverFocus Electronics Corporation in February appointed James Weng as the president of the company. Prior to his appointment, Weng was chief operating officer of EverFocus Electronics Corporation, a manufacturer of CCTV and IP security products in Taiwan. He was also the president of EverFocus USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Taiwanese parent company, which operates sales offices, tech support, and logistics services in both California and New York, covering the North American region.
James Weng joined the former VProtect System, a joint venture of EverFocus and venture capital groups pursuing remote surveillance applications over the Internet, in 2001 as executive vice president in charge of operations. The company was then merged with EverFocus in 2002.
