FMT upgrades OpenAccess

Fire Monitoring Technologies International has announced upgrades to its Open Access product, which provides direct electronic access to the fire department notification of a fire signal when received by the central station.

Some new features of the system include a web-enabled, real-time platform, simpler messaging for message transmission, one-way signaling, and enhanced security to ensure that all data remains protected during the transmission from point to point.
