Flir Systems launches Thermovision Flashlight

The ThermoVision FlashSight from Flir Systems is a compact, handheld thermal imaging unit designed specifically for police, security personnel and paramilitary operations. The FlashSight operates on four AA batteries and includes a bellows eyecup for covert operation. Users can save thermal images to the unit for later download.

DoorKing's new 9300 is a slide gate operator rated for Class I, II and III applications and complies with tthe UL 325 Standard for Safety and is listed.

Tane debuts plugs

Tane's PPD-11 stands for Push Pull Disconnect. Dimensions are 2" L when connected. To relieve wire stress, there is a hole drilled on both the male and female side. These holes can also be used for mounting. Colors available are brown, grey and white. The male plugs have a "spring back" tension to them.

Greyfox intros mountable bracket

The TrioP2 is a compact, surface-mounted bracket that features a modular design, enabling the enclosure itself to be expanded based on the specific needs of a builder or homeowner. Each enclosure comes with a cover and allows for three separate modules, such as a phone distribution module, a computer networking module and a video distribution module. When expanded functionality is needed, homeowners can clip another TrioP2 bracket onto the first for three more module spaces.

Elbex America intros Matrix switchers

Elbex America is introducing its Matrix Switchers which, with the help of its patented Framelock, offers roll-free switching, multi-screen real time display in 4, 9, or 16-split, and field/frame serial video output. Built-in multiplexers are available. The EXYZ6000 input cards support all cable topologies: coax, fiber optics, and twisted pair. User controls can be via keyboard, PC, IR remote control and it has RS232 and RS422 port for access control integration.

Tane releases tamper resistant contact

Tane uses a unique pin along with epoxy to hold its tamper-resistant cable to the switch side on the MET-44. Installers do not have to worry about the cable getting kicked out due to vandalism. This contact also comes with a 10 -way mountable magnet on a metal "L" bracket. The tamper resistant cable is available in 18 inch or 36 inch.

Middle Atlantic Products announces the availability of custom-fit rackshelf systems for surveillance monitors, VTRs and other security equipment.

The custom rackshelf consists of a custom bezel plus a rackshelf that supports the equipment within the enclosure. A clamp option is available to secure components in mobile or seismic installations.
