Inetcam introduces iMIRROR server platform

Inetcam Inc. has rolled out its high-performance iMIRROR Server, which provides enterprises with a platform for multi-casting of video and audio streams to hundreds of users simultaneously.

Cabletronix releases CTADM-806 demodulator

Cabletronix has announced its new CTADM-806 audio/video demodulator for commercial-grade headends. The CTADM-806 is a 19-inch rack-mountable demodulator that provides video and audio output from any CATV channel from two to 125, or any off-air channel from two to 69 in the 54 to 806 MHz frequency range.

The unit uses non-volatile memory to maintain channel selection in the event of power loss and is designed to provide cable operators with flexibility in new headend deployments, headend upgrades and system maintenance.

Coto adds to line of Reed switches

Coto Technologies has introduced three additions to its line of surface-mount Reed switches.

The RI-80 ultra-miniature SMT switches, with 5mm max glass length, feature a wider flat design, which is intended to provide both stability during component placement and improved solderability for surface-mounted operations. The new switches are available in three different Gull or J lead configurations.

Vigitron releases UTP receiver

Vigitron has released its VI6000VR, an active device that receives colors or black-and-white video over point-to-point unshielded twisted pair wires.

TeleEye rolls out mobile video transmitter

TeleEye Group has launched its four-channel mobile video transmitter, TeleEye DT-103G, which is designed for video surveillance and alarm verification of remote properties that cannot be reached by a fixed network.

The DT-103G features a built-in GSM modem, a compact design and four video and alarm inputs.

ICC releases mobile patch box

ICC has introduced its Category 5e mobile patch box designed for use in open environments.

The CAT 5e provides up to six lines and can be mounted in small, out-of-the-way corners in environments where multiple data or telecommunication lines are required. The RJ45 port openings on the unit’s cover are protected from dust and other unwanted fragments by flip-over covers, which can be individually mounted.

Videotec has introduced a new range of products for video transmission over universal twisted pair designed in both low- and high-voltage models for long-distance transmission.

Sperry West unveils extended kit

Sperry West has introduced its Video Commander Extended Kit, designed to increase transmission range and signal stability when used inside buildings with significant interference potential or across long distances.

The kit relays video signals using an interim transmission system between the camera and the Video Commander recording unit. It is designed to allow users to switch to hard-wired cameras when wireless transmission will not provide a clear signal.

Viscount MESH Server

Viscount’s MESH servers use intelligent multi-drop proximity readers connected to MESH data ports to provide access and elevator control without “control boxes.” Readers have built-in I/O and run on a 485 BUS using standard CAT5 cable.
