BUFFALO GROVE, Ill.—Private equity firm Generation3 Capital has entered the PERS arena by acquiring LogicMark, a designer and manufacturer of medical alarm systems, with former Honeywell Security Group executives Ben Cornett and Kevin O’Connor named to lead the company.
