LONG GROVE, Ill.—U.S. Alarms/Dynamark Security, based in Bethlehem, Pa., has purchased the assets of 4 Seasons Security, the alarm division of Deiter Bros., according to a statement from The Davis Group, which facilitated the acquisition.
