DENVER—ArcView Investments, a group of high-worth angel investors, on May 3 announced that "five companies received at least $1 million in commitments." Among those five companies is Canna Security, a company dedicated to protecting legal marijuana facilities.
BETHESDA, Md.—Capital One announced Feb. 12 that it closed two new transactions—one with Envysion, a managed-video-surveillance-as-a-service provider based in Louisville, Colo., and a separate $20 million deal with full-service security company Vyanet Security of Bend, Ore.

LOUISVILLE, Colo.—Envysion, a provider of managed-video-as-a-service (MVaaS), on Jan. 25 announced Stu Lucko will join the company as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Lucko will be responsible for all finance functions at Envysion, including debt and equity funding and strategic financial planning and analysis, as well as general accounting for the company. Prior to joining Envysion, Lucko was CFO and VP of Operations at Jabber Inc. where he led a successful sale of the company to Cisco Systems. Prior to joining Jabber, Lucko worked at Web Interactive Services as chief accounting officer and controller.
LOUISVILLE, Colo.—Envysion, a provider of managed video as a service (MVaaS), on Sept. 22 announced that David Gorman will join the company as an adviser. In this role, Gorman will provide the company with loss prevention expertise and professional insight on how to best leverage Envysion’s managed video solutions for loss prevention. He will also provide loss prevention consultation for Envysion customers.
