For Initial Security, the June deal triples the size of its business in the Northeast, according to Randal Dorn, chief executive officer and president of Initial Security's U.

Judge says Wackenhut violated labor laws

WASHINGTON--According to a ruling from an Administrative Law Judge, security guard firm Wackenhut violated a federal labor law when it questioned officers at the International Monetary Fund building about plans to form a union.
The Service Employees International Union filed the labor law violation claim with the National Labor Relations Board in May 2004.
