PEMBROKE, Bermuda-ADT agreed to repay $141,000 to about 2,300 residential customers after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission raised concerns over taxes the company charged on long-term monitoring contracts.

The ACCC said that certain contracts from ADT did not allow the company to pass along any Goods and Services Tax liability to its customers.
