Ra'anana, Israel--In a partnership that highlights the integration of physical security and logical networks, Nice Systems and Cisco Systems teamed up for retail banking applications that seek to improve security, operations and customer service.
The partnership is part of Cisco's Branch of the Future project, an initiative to develop and offer a product suite that enables banks to fully use Internet Protocol networks across internal operations, including voice over Internet protocol and security applications, to collect and analyze staff and customer behaviors.
