IRVINE, Calif.—Allied Universal has appointed Charles Orgbon Jr. as vice president of corporate security, where he will support the company's sales and growth initiatives by leveraging his law enforcement experience, industry expertise and professional relationships to strengthen client engagement.
Orgbon joins Allied Universal following a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he served in several national security, intelligence and private-sector engagement roles, including supervisory special agent and private sector coordinator for the Domestic Security Alliance Council.
In his new role, Orgbon will draw on his public-private partnership experience to help clients address emerging threats and strengthen enterprise resilience. He also will represent Allied Universal as its liaison to both the Domestic Security Alliance Council and the Overseas Security Advisory Council, helping foster relationships between corporate security leaders and key public-private security communities.
"Charles brings a rare combination of national security expertise, operational insight and a proven ability to build trusted relationships," said Jim Haugsland, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Allied Universal. "His extensive FBI experience and leadership will enhance how we support organizations navigating an increasingly complex risk environment and deliver greater strategic value worldwide."
Before joining the FBI, Orgbon served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from the Marine Corps Reserve as a major after 26 years of service. His honors include the FBI Distinguished Achievement Award and the NAACP Roy Wilkins Renown Service Award.
"I am honored to join Allied Universal and contribute to its mission," Orgbon said. "I look forward to supporting the company's growth and helping clients address their evolving security needs."
