Gallagher, Luxriot partner to deliver unified operational intelligence platform

CANTON, Ga.—Gallagher Security and Luxriot have announced a new U.S. partnership centered on the Operational Intelligence Platform (OIP), which the companies will showcase this week during GSX 2026 in Atlanta.

The OIP integrates Gallagher's Command Centre security management system with Luxriot's video and operational intelligence technology through a bi-directional interface, creating a unified platform that combines access control, video, events and operational data into a single view for security personnel.

Designed for complex and distributed environments, the platform is intended to provide more than traditional event notifications by synthesizing data across an organization's network and delivering actionable insights directly to operators. The companies said the approach helps security teams gain greater situational awareness and make faster, more informed decisions.

"For end users operating in sophisticated, highly regulated environments, the value of up-to-the-minute security intelligence cannot be overstated," said Jeff Fields, regional vice president of sales for U.S. East, LATAM and federal markets at Gallagher Security. "Our partnership with Luxriot is about unlocking possibilities and serving operators a contextualized view across their entire footprint."

According to the companies, the platform gives customers a single operational view of their environment while leveraging existing security infrastructure.

"The partnership between Luxriot and Gallagher Americas offers customers enterprise-grade operational intelligence, real-time reporting and proactive business-planning capabilities that organizations have been looking for," said Daniel Talbot, senior vice president of Luxriot. "With OIP, customers can incorporate their existing infrastructure and monitor and manage their entire portfolio of assets from a unified operational environment."

Gallagher Security and Luxriot will demonstrate the Operational Intelligence Platform at booth #3433 during GSX, where attendees can see live demonstrations of the integrated solution and learn more about the new partnership.
