DRAPER, Utah—ProdataKey (PDK) has announced an integration with STRATIS, the operating system behind RealPage Smart Building, bringing its cloud-based access control platform into the STRATIS ecosystem for multifamily properties.
The integration is designed to help property managers connect access control with building technology and resident services through a unified platform, reducing technology silos and creating a more streamlined experience for staff and residents.
According to the companies, the partnership combines two cloud-based platforms focused on modernizing multifamily property operations. PDK said its retrofit-friendly architecture and availability through major U.S. low-voltage distributors make it a practical option for properties with varying infrastructure requirements.
"PDK is a great fit with STRATIS because it's cloud-native, retrofit-friendly, channel-friendly, and PDK equipment can be purchased at all major U.S. low-voltage distributors," said Jacob Newman, channel and strategic partnerships director for STRATIS. "Not to mention the excellent support and the fact that PDK is forward-looking and constantly innovating."
The integration also creates opportunities for PDK dealers to expand their offerings in the multifamily market through additional technology solutions and recurring services.
"Great partnerships are built around more than technology. They're built around a shared vision for where the industry is headed," said Dallan Labrum, executive vice president of sales at ProdataKey. "Our work with STRATIS brings together two teams that understand the needs of modern multifamily communities, and we're excited to help shape what's next for connected living."
