AMAG Technology hires Federal Government projects manager

TORRANCE, Calif.—AMAG Technology, a security management and digital video solution provider, on June 2 announced it had hired Todd Harrington for the newly created position of Federal Government Projects Manager. Harrington will work closely with AMAG Technology's federal government focused integrators to help provide technical support to government end users and drive projects to completion.  He reports to VP of technical services, Ray Payne.

 “I am excited to contribute my extensive experience in planning and deploying enterprise-level electronic security systems in the federal government market to this newly created position within AMAG,” said Harrington in a release. “My new role will allow me to identify emerging feature requirements and enhancements for our government-focused product line as well as track and resolve technical issues through close contact with our valued integrators and federal government clients.”

“We are excited to have Todd onboard and feel his qualifications for this new position are impeccable,” said AMAG Technology, VP of technical services, Ray Payne.  “His contributions will provide exceptional customer service to our government vertical market.”

Previously, Harrington worked for eight years as a deputy director/program manager for Communications Resource, Inc. a federal government contractor in McLean, Virginia, where he worked with electronic security countermeasure implementation and deployment of HSPD-12/FIPS 201-1 compliant programs for federal government agencies. Todd will be based in the metro Washington, DC area.
