AMAG Technology promotes David Higgs to director of technical support

TORRANCE, Calif.—AMAG Technology, a security management system provider encompassing access control, IP video and intrusion detection, on Jan. 26 announced the promotion of David Higgs to director of technical support.  As director, Higgins will manage all aspects of AMAG's technical support department nationwide, as well as support the Pro-Services department and manage software support agreement functions.  He reports to AMAG Technology, VP of Technical Services, Ray Payne.
