AMAG Technology promotes Mike Taylor to VP of North American sales

TORRANCE, Calif.—AMAG Technology, a security management and digital video solution provider, announced on June 16 the promotion of Mike Taylor to vice president of North American sales. In his new role, Taylor will manage the daily operations of AMAG's Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. He will assist his team with meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to AMAG integrators and end users. Taylor will continue to report to Matt Barnette.
Taylor started at AMAG Technology in 2001 as its regional sales manager for the Southeast territory. He was promoted to Senior Director of Business Development in 2008 where he worked to bring new national accounts to AMAG. In his last position as Director of Sales, Mike led the AMAG's sales team through the recession and closed out a strong year in good standing.
