AMAG's Shane elected to Smart Card Alliance Physical Access Council's Steering Committee

TORRANCE, Calif.—AMAG Technology on Oct. 8 announced U.S. product manager, Adam Shane has been elected to the 2009/2010 Smart Card Alliance Physical Access Council Steering Committee.
Shane is joined on the steering committee by eight access control experts including individuals from the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of State. The Steering Committee will focus on education and next generation physical access control systems during the upcoming year.
“To be elected to the steering committee of such a noteworthy council is further confirmation from our peers that AMAG Technology is a leader in the development of smart card based security management systems for government and commercial enterprises,” said Shane.
