ASIS says show turnout set a record

DALLAS - The numbers are in and ASIS International is reporting that this year’s annual conference and tradeshow drew a record number of attendees - 19,000 people.
According to data provided by ASIS International, the show attracted 842 exhibitors, or 4 percent more when compared with the 812 exhibitors from the 2003 show.
The conference, held at the Dallas Convention Center Sept. 27-30, marked the organization’s 50th year holding the event. Next year’s event is schedule for Orlando from Sept. 12-15, 2005.
