Barrier, gate companies merge

IRVING, Texas - Integrated Security Systems announced that its security gate subsidiary, B&B Electromatic, has merged with ARMR Services Corp., a supplier of crash rated barriers and parking control equipment.
The new company will operate under the name B&B ARMR Corp and combine products and solutions to offer customers with Ã¢â‚¬Å“best of breed solutions,Ã¢â‚¬Â according to C.A. Rundell Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Integrated Security Systems.

The transaction was based on a transfer of stock, with the families of Paul Roland and Scott Rosenbloom, principals of ARMR, receiving ISSI common stock.
