Diversified appoints first vice chairman, names new director

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – Diversified Security Solutions, a provider of integrated security systems and services, announced the appointment of Brian Reach as its first vice chairman of the board. The company also said Robert L. DeLia Sr. has been added to the board as a director.
In January, Reach joined the company as a director and concurrently named chairman of its audit committee. He will vacate the position of chairman of the audit committee, and his successor has yet to be named. Previously, Reach worked in financial roles at companies that include Celadon Group, IPC Communications and PricewaterCoopers.
DeLia’s professional experience includes founding and serving as president and chief executive officer of Fiber Options, now a division of General Electric Co. He has also served as chairman of the CCTV Manufacturers Association.
Chief Executive Officer James E. Henry heads the company’s six-person board as chairman.
