Elan Home Systems gets HomeLogic Brief

LEXINGTON, Ky.--Elan Home Systems, a manufacturer of multi-room audio/visual and home control systems, announced in early August the acquisition of HomeLogic, a manufacturer of home management and IP-based control solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bob Farinelli, Elan's president and chief technology officer, will take on the role of president of HomeLogic going forward, and Elan dealers will now have access to the HomeLogic line and dealer support programs.
