Fire-Lite MNS wins top award

NORTHFORD, Conn.—Fire-Lite Alarms, a division of Honeywell, has earned the top mass notification system award in the Security Industry Association's new products showcase competition, according to a company statement.
Fire-Lite's new Emergency Command Center earned SIA's top billing in the competition, which took place at ISC West and involved 84 new products across 20 product and service categories, the statement noted.
The ECC mass notification system is designed to interface seamlessly with new and existing fire alarms systems. Fire-Lite touts the system as being highly scalable, non-proprietary, and easy to install.
“We're really excited about the new business opportunity the ECC offers installers and we hope awards such as this highlight how powerful this system can be—for any facility,” stated David Pakech, vice president of sales at Fire-Lite.
