SAN FRANCISCO--Consolidated Fire Protection acquired the assets of Arizona Fire, a provider of commercial fire alarm and dectection systems, based in Phoenix, Ariz. on June 5. The announcement was made by Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, that owns CFP.
