ISONAS announces distributor, dealer, partner agreements

BOULDER, Colo.--ISONAS Security Systems, based here, announced in June a number of agreements to support its growth. TransTech Systems, of Aurora, Ore., will now carry the ISONAS IP-at-the-door Access Control Systems through its nationwide distribution network. Boulder’s Buffalo Lock & Key has signed on as an ISONAS dealer. And ISONAS has partnered with Volpe Industries, of Seekonk, Mass., for an integrated solution for large enterprises combining video surveillance and access control based on a true IP-based technology platform. Michael Radicella, president of ISONAS Security Systems, in a statement said, “TransTech Systems is a major North American distributor who has established themselves as a leader in the ID badging and access control fields. They share ISONAS’ passion for superior products and superior customer service. This makes them an ideal partner for us.” According to Christopher Volpe, president and CEO of Volpe Industries, “The electronic security industry is rapidly moving towards standards based video and access control systems that utilize the same Internet Protocol infrastructure on which virtually every organization relies for its day-to-day business communications. The combination of Volpe’s proven NVR systems and the ISONAS PowerNet access control system provide the first enterprise grade unified system of its kind in the industry.” The integration of the products was provided by Quantuum Energy Products, of Ellicott City, Md., and the unified product solution is currently available exclusively from Quantuum.
