Keri Systems buys Digital Horizon Brief

SAN JOSE, Calif.--On Aug. 4, access control manufacturer Keri Systems completed the acquisition oof Digital Horizon Solutions, of Dallas, Texas. DHS will remain in its Dallas location. Terms of the deal were not announced.
Keri's vice president of business development, Dennis Geiszler, said in a statement that DHS allows Keri to better expand into the enterprise-level marketplace. "Together," he said, "we'll be able to provide solutions across the spectrum of requirements, from a single door at a single site to thousands of doors spread around the world."
