LifeStyle buys software co.

CHARLOTTE, Texas - Home integration franchise company LifeStyle Innovations in October was set to acquire Home Automated Living, a manufacturer of home control software and hardware.

Laurel, Md.-based HAL’s products allow control of the home by voice or use of the Internet and will be rolled into LifeStyle’s offering that includes other technologies the company has acquired.
