DALLAS—Monitronics recently hired ADT's former director and lead human resources business partner, Kelly Harris, to join the company as chief people officer, and also added two new directors of marketing.

“Kelly is a recognized leader in human resources, leadership and talent acquisition, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the Monitronics team,” Jeff Gardner, Monitronics president and CEO, said in a prepared statement.

Renee Mallonee was promoted to the director of marketing role and will focus on public relations, branding and dealer marketing. Mike Bek, also a new director of marketing, will focus on digital marketing and analytics.
