Pro One expands marketing efforts

LAWRENCE, Kan.--In a move that is "directly tied to furthering company efforts to increase growth and retention" Protection One announced in December it's expanding its marketing operations and added two new senior staff members.
Kim Lessner, chief marketing officer for Protection One, said to expect P1 to place more emphasis on "driving brand awareness with key targeted segments in the residential and business marketplace." Jane Satree has joined the company as vice president of marketing development, data and analytics, and Jeff Taylor has been named vice president of marketing strategy and intelligence.
Lessner joined the company earlier in 2007. Satree and Taylor will focus on establishing, executing and evaluating strategic marketing initiatives as well as strengthening customer relationships.
Both Satree and Taylor have extensive marketing, business and technical expertise. Asked how these skills will play in future plans, Lessner said, "The continued evolution of wireless and IP-based services and applications is a key focus going forward.
Jane and Jeff's experience from telecom will prove beneficial as Protection One evolves its offerings to customers."
