Quaddrix teams with Verint Brief

MIAMI--Quaddrix, a manufacturer of cameras, digital video recorders and other security products, has announced a partnership with Verint Systems, a provider of actionable intelligence solutions for IP video security.
"Under the agreement, Quaddrix will integrate their CCTV solutions with our Nextiva and DVR video management software," said Kris Hornung, vice president for Central and Latin America for Verint Video Intelligence Solutions, in a prepared statement.
"We are excited that Verint, a leading security software provider, has agreed to partner with us to deliver high quality, integrated solutions to the market," Heather Pitman, Quaddrix's chief executive officer said in a statement.
Pitman said her company has been developing security products, primarily for the South American and Central American market, for the past five years.
Quaddrix is expanding its focus to the North American market where Pitman said she hopes new customers will want to use her firm's products with the new Verint software. To meet the expected demand in the United States, Quaddrix has expanded it sales force with a focus in the United States' southeast region.
