September 9, 2004 SAN DIEGO - TVA Fire & Life Safety has named Russ Mower as regional director at its Dallas office. In his new role, he will oversee the location’s staff and work with the company’s regional customers. Mower joins the company from the city of Plano, where he served as chief building official.
