Securitas AB acquires Armored Motor Services

HELSINGBORG, Sweden - Securitas AB, a security services company, based here, acquired Armored Motor Services of America in mid-June for $32 million.
AMSA, Victor, N.Y., is a cash-handling services company operating in eight Northeast states. AMSA, which has annual sales of $55 million, joins Securitas' cash-handling division, with projected annual sales of $508 million.
Securitas' other U.S. operations include Pinkerton's and Burns International Services Corp.
