Western Alarm to distribute product

The California dealer will offer customers the Isotec product line, featuring a metal detection product
PALM DESERT, Calif.-Western Alarm Co. has signed on as a new dealer/distributor of security systems for World Am Communications.
As part of the agreement, Western Alarm will distribute World Am's Isotec products, which include a metal detection product, in Southern California. Isotec is a subsidiary of World Am and conceives, develops and markets security systems.
"The addition of another quality dealer and distributor for our products is a significant positive step forward for our company," said James Alexander, World Am Communica-tion's chief executive officer, based in Westminster, Colo. "Our products work to alert security personnel by detecting unauthorized personnel, or people with weapons attempting to enter a facility, allowing an appropriate response to the situation at hand."
For Western Alarm, becoming a distributor of World Am's Isotec product will broaden its security offering to its customers, said Craig Vernon, owner of Western Alarm, based here.
