Tyco unveils Ansul Sapphire fire suppression products

NEW YORK - Tyco Fire & Security, a division of Tyco International that designs, manufacturers, installs and services electronic security systems, fire protection, detection and suppression systems, has rolled out the Ansul Sapphire Fire Suppression Systems for use in areas that house items such as artifacts and electronic equipment and other valuable objects.

The Ansul Sapphire System includes a water-like chemical that quickly evaporates and is based on 3M Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid.
