SAFE Security acquires 24,000 accounts from Pinnacle

SAN RAMON, Calif.—SAFE Security announced this week that it has acquired about 24,000 alarm monitoring accounts from Orem, Utah-based Pinnacle Security. Pinnacle has new $275m financing package

ADT takes Pinnacle to court over sales tactics

BOCA RATON, Fla.—Residential security giant ADT is suing Pinnacle Security in federal court, alleging the Utah-based summer model company and its employees used unlawful and deceptive sales strategies to steal ADT's customers and damage its reputation.
