Acadian Total Security names Javen Noel 2024 Employee of the Year

LAFAYETTE, LA — At the Acadian Companies annual meeting, Acadian Total Security leader Brandon Niles recognized Monitoring Team Leader Javen Noel as its 2024 Employee of the Year.

Acadian Total Security said that Noel joined the team in September 2021 and has since consistently impressed her colleagues and clients with her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. Noel is noted for actively participating in training new hires and readily taking on additional shifts and covering for supervisors whenever needed, ensuring smooth operations and continued support for her team.

She is married to Kevin Noel, Jr., and their family includes their two children, Anni-Elle and Braxton, a dog, a cat, and a tortoise.
