ASSA ABLOY acquires B&B Roadway and Security Solutions Access solutions leader adds U.S.-based manufacturer of roadway safety, traffic control and perimeter security solutions

STOCKHOLM—ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions, announced it has acquired B&B Roadway and Security Solutions, a manufacturer of roadway safety, traffic control and perimeter security solutions in the U.S. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

B&B Roadway and Security Solutions was established in 1925 and has some 60 employees. The main office is located in McKinney, Texas.
Sales for B&B Roadway and Security Solutions in 2020 amounted to about $14 million with a good EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS (earnings per share) from the start.
