BadgePass adds Thomas and Jefcoat to executive leadership team

RIDGELAND, Miss.—BadgePass, a provider of modern identity and credentialing solutions, has announced the appointment of Jason Thomas as executive vice president (EVP) of sales and Robbie Jefcoat as executive vice president (EVP) of customer and brand strategy.

Thomas brings extensive experience in technology and enterprise sales leadership, including building high-performing teams and driving measurable results. He joins BadgePass with a strong background in leading enterprise sales organizations and accelerating growth through strategic execution and customer-focused selling.
As EVP of customer and brand strategy, Jefcoat will lead BadgePass's efforts to elevate the full customer experience, from onboarding and engagement to retention and advocacy, while shaping and strengthening the company's brand presence, messaging, and market positioning.
Jefcoat brings more than a decade of experience at BadgePass and is widely recognized for his customer-first leadership and ability to build high-impact teams that deliver meaningful outcomes. In this expanded role, he will ensure customers and partners have a consistent, exceptional experience across every touchpoint while helping to amplify BadgePass's voice in the market.
