Clear Response Monitoring deploys AI data conversion software

BATON ROUGE, La. — Clear Response Monitoring has deployed new AI data conversion software released by DICE Corporation for acquiring and converting dealer data within minutes from major alarm automation software systems to the DICE Matrix and Ceila.ai platforms. 

Clear Response, a wholesale monitoring company in the southern United States, said that it continues to grow and onboard new dealers as it expands its reach, and needed a system that could efficiently transition dealers within a day or two. 

Glen Carter, founder and president of Clear Response Monitoring, said, “When dealers want to move, they don’t want to wait. They also want confidence that their data and the transition experience will be positive for their business. Using this system, we recently moved just over 20,000 accounts spanning roughly 40 dealers. It has been an amazing experience, allowing us to migrate not only alarm account data but also fully monitored video systems.” 

The new software is part of DICE Corporation’s platform stack called Ceila.ai, which incorporates various developments from the company’s LabWorks division. These innovations are designed to bring advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to the security industry and help transform how monitoring operations function. 

Cliff Dice, founder of DICE Corporation, stated, “We are releasing many different AI products that will make competing with DICE much more difficult for alarm centers that do not have our technology. We are seeing tremendous growth in DICE deployments across event management and our flagship video monitoring products.” 

Dice also added that he believes the industry will eventually consolidate around a smaller number of software platforms.
