RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.—Codelocks Americas has appointed Dcorey Zeigler as warehouse and logistics operations manager and David Gordon as technical support and training manager as the access control provider looks to support continued growth across the Americas.
Zeigler will oversee the company's warehouse operations in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Indianapolis, bringing experience in computer science, automation and logistics leadership to the role. According to Codelocks, he will focus on process improvements and operational efficiency as demand for the company's products continues to grow.
Gordon joins the company with experience in manufacturing, distribution and technical training in the door hardware and access control sectors. In his new role, he will lead product training and support initiatives throughout the U.S., with a focus on Codelocks' NetCode technology and Connect by Codelocks solutions.
"As our business continues to grow, it's increasingly critical that our fulfilment and logistics are efficient," said Matt Welty, vice president of Codelocks Americas. "Dcorey will be central in bringing a data-driven, technology-minded approach to optimizing our operations to ensure customers get quality products on time."
Welty said Gordon's appointment reflects the company's emphasis on training and customer education.
"We have also found a clear link between training activities and product sales," he said. "David's appointment will build on that connection, driving revenue while strengthening brand visibility for the company nationwide."
The appointments follow the recent launch and rollout of the Codelocks Connect App and ConnectShare range, which are designed to expand the company's connected access control offerings.
"Customers may never see our warehouses, but they feel the impact every time an order arrives complete and on schedule," Zeigler said. "That reliability is what I'm here to build on, enhancing Codelocks' reputation for reliability and service across the Americas."
Gordon said his focus will be helping customers and channel partners maximize the value of Codelocks products through training and support.
"I've spent my career on the frontline of training and support, seeing the difference that expert guidance, specification, and hands-on training can make," Gordon said. "My focus is making sure every Codelocks customer, distributor or locksmith has the confidence to use, recommend, install and troubleshoot our products themselves."
