Constellis names Pugh CFO, Sondhi chief growth & technology officer

HERNDON, Va.—Constellis has appointed Brent A. Pugh as chief financial officer and Tarun Sondhi as chief growth & technology officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company advances a strategy focused on operational performance and technology-driven transformation.

The global risk management and mission support services provider said the appointments reflect its next phase of growth, emphasizing tighter financial execution alongside expanded digital and technology capabilities.

Financial leadership, growth strategy combined

Pugh brings more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership across government-focused organizations. In his new role, he will oversee Constellis’ financial strategy and operations, with an emphasis on performance improvement, discipline and scalability.

He joins from Red River Technology, where he served as both CFO and chief operating officer, helping lead a $2 billion business. Previously, he was CFO and corporate treasurer for CAE’s $2.1 billion defense and security segment, overseeing financial operations tied to training programs spanning more than 50 countries.

Sondhi will oversee enterprise growth strategy and technology innovation, with a mandate to align business development and digital transformation. He brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses.

Most recently at Accenture, Sondhi led a large cybersecurity P&L across the Americas, focusing on growth, margin expansion and the development of AI-enabled capabilities. He also founded Shadow AI Labs and previously held leadership roles at KPMG and Symantec.

Positioning for integrated security delivery

The appointments come as Constellis seeks to further integrate its traditional security and mission-support services with advanced technology capabilities, an approach becoming increasingly central across the security sector.

Executives framed the hires as complementary, pairing financial rigor with strategic growth and innovation leadership.
