DTT doing more business with Dunkin' Donuts

LOS ANGELES—DTT, and integrator and manufacturer based here, on July 5 a announced it is working with First Cup LLC, a 60-store Dunkin' Donuts franchisee based in Chandler, Ariz., qith locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada.
DTT currently provides comprehensive loss prevention and managed services for 30 First Cup stores, with several installations currently pending.
First Cup has been working with DTT took place in late 2013.
In March 2015, DTT was added to Dunkin' Brands US list of vendors; First Cup contacted DTT within a week to sign 60 existing locations and all new construction stores, according to DTT.
The rollout is still underway in order to work around First Cup remodeling and ensure a smooth transition from the previous surveillance provider.
First Cup is using DTT's cloud-based MyDTT portal, utilizing the case management section to organize information, archive video, and share relevant documentation relating to liability issues such as worker's comp claims, slip and falls, and other critical incidents.
“First Cup gets a lot out of the system because they take advantage of every tool we offer. We made various updates to MyDTT last summer and First Cup was one of the first to give us positive feedback on RISAPLUS, which enables users to view archived video directly on the portal without downloading any files. I look forward to seeing how the DTT system continues to benefit the First Cup enterprise,” Tom Moran, EVP of sales and marketing for DTT said in a prepared statement.
