Fire Systems Design wins contract

HURST, Texas - The Republic Group of Insurance Companies has selected Fire Systems Design, a Notifier distributor based here, to serve as the contractor for the retrofit fire alarm installation in the company's 314,000 square foot headquarters in Dallas.
The new system will include a Notifier AM-2020 fire alarm control panel with remote audio paging capabilities and multiple XPIQ transponders distributed throughout the building for audio amplification. Two risers for fire detection and audio distribution will also be installed.
Purdy-McGuire Mechanical-Electrical Engineers of Dallas designed the system.
