Inspect Point acquires FormLink Systems

TROY, N.Y. – Dedicated fire protection software solutions provider Inspect Point has announced its acquisition of FormLink Systems.
Inspect Point said that acquiring such a well-established member of the fire protection industry would further solidify their position as an industry leader and enhance their ability to serve a broad range of fire protection professionals.

Inspect Point added that the two companies have long shared a common vision of empowering fire protection professionals with the tools they need to streamline their workflow and ensure safety and compliance. Going forward both companies will continue to operate as separate products. Customer were told to expect uninterrupted service, support, and the addition of future capabilities and support.
