Intentsify appoints new chief information security officer, general counsel

WESTWOOD, Mass.—Intentsify, a global provider of B2B intent data and signal-based go-to-market solutions, announced the appointments of Joe Procaccini as chief information security officer and Robyn Tas as general counsel and data privacy officer.

The additions deepen Intentsify's leadership bench across security, compliance, and legal strategy - critical foundations as the company expands its data solutions, enters new markets, and takes on increasingly complex enterprise deals.

Procaccini joined Intentsify in 2023 and has more than 20 years of experience in IT management, risk management, and data security. Throughout his career, he has overseen data centers and led large-scale technology initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, data analytics, and compliance – including programs aligned to GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

He has a strong track record of driving organizational transformation, building results-driven teams, and executing security programs designed to withstand real-world scrutiny. In his expanded role, Procaccini leads the security strategies and programs that protect the company's data and infrastructure as it scales.

Tas brings more than 15 years of in-house legal experience as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and business teams, helping technology-driven organizations bring complex, data-intensive services to market in highly regulated environments. Her expertise spans product and commercial legal leadership, including structuring and negotiating sophisticated technology partnerships, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, strategic alliances, and data-driven services that drive revenue while managing regulatory, privacy, and emerging technology risk.

She has built and operationalized privacy and artificial intelligence (AI) governance frameworks across venture-backed and public companies, and is known for a practical, business-minded approach to risk, focused on enabling teams to move quickly and thoughtfully. Tas embeds legal judgment directly into product design, data use, go-to-market strategy, and partnership execution.
