King Rogers takes security knowledge to board

IRVINE, Calif.--King Rogers, chief executive officer of King Rogers International, a consulting group for retail loss prevention and supply chain security, was named to the Westec InterActive board of directors in September. Gerald T. Vento, chairman and chief executive officer at Westec, noted King's expertise in assets protection technology solutions is an advantage to the Westec board. Roger's firm helps companies in minimize production losses, such as cargo theft and product diversion and counterfeit products, Vento said. Rogers founded his company in 2001 after more than 31 years in the security and loss prevention industry.
