March Networks provides video surveillance for Hideaway Pizza

OTTAWA, Ontario—Hideaway Pizza, an Oklahoma restaurant chain, is now using a March Networks video surveillance system, including its latest network video recorders and IP cameras, according to a Sept. 4 news release.

“Hideaway Pizza recognizes the improved efficiencies, services, revenues and profits that can be gained by applying video surveillance to operations monitoring in addition to safeguarding business assets,” Net Payne, March Networks chief marketing officer said in a statement. “The company's deployment is a great example of how a retail organization can use our complete IP video solutions for retail to improve performance and achieve a measurable competitive advantage.”

Tyson Smith, Hideaway Pizza IT director, said in a statement that the cameras enable management to observe each step of food preparation and delivery, and to protect business assets.

Working with integrator SageNet, LLC, Hideaway Pizza installed cameras covering the interiors and exteriors of its buildings. Using the 8532 S Hybrid NVR allows the company to use new IP cameras along with its existing analog cameras.

March Networks is an independent subsidiary of Infinova and provides intelligent IP video solutions.
