MorphoTrust in new facility

SPRINGFIELD, Ill—MorphoTrust USA, a provider of identity solutions and services that has been in business 20 years in the Springfield area, on June 17 opened its new, larger facility here.
The expansion includes a larger customer service call center to support its rapidly growing live-scan fingerprinting business, which includes enrollment in the Transportation Security Administration's TSA Pre program and other programs under TSA's Universal Enrollment Services, including the Transportation Worker Identity Credential (TWIC) and the Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program (HTAP).
MorphoTrust will retain a workforce of 106 employees from its previous Springfield location, and is planning to hire at least 50 additional staff as the demand for identity enrollment and verification services increases.
“MorphoTrust is thrilled to be able to expand our longstanding relationship with the city of Springfield,” said MorphoTrust CEO Bob Eckel, in a prepared statement. “Not only are we proud to support the community with new job opportunities, we are also excited to have this community support the fastest-growing segment of our business.”
MorphoTrust's new office is co-located with an IdentoGO Center by MorphoTrust - the enrollment center for TSA Pre, TWIC and HTAP. The facility is located at 3501 Hollis Drive in Springfield.
