NetOne names Jeannette Munroe president

RALEIGH, N.C.—NetOne, a network of independently owned electronic security companies, has named Jeannette Munroe president, effective June 15, 2026.

Munroe brings leadership experience across government, nonprofit, academic, and global commercial sectors. NetOne said her background in organizational growth, member engagement, and strategic development will support the network’s next phase.

“We are excited to welcome Jeannette to NetOne,” said Brian Duffy, chairman of NetOne, Inc. “She will help further the growth of NetOne and our shareholder companies as we navigate this time of rapid change together.”

Munroe most recently served as executive vice president of member engagement and growth at the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA). She joined the association in 2024 as senior vice president of learning and development, where she led initiatives aimed at expanding member value and engagement.

Before NRMCA, Munroe spent seven years with Sodexo, supporting North America revenue operations. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at the Central Intelligence Agency, including media spokesperson, communications officer, and program director.

NetOne’s board said it expects Munroe to strengthen collaboration across its shareholder companies and expand industry partnerships. She will begin engaging with shareholders shortly after assuming the role, with an initial focus on relationship-building and identifying growth opportunities.
