OneSpan acquires Nok Nok Labs

BOSTON AND SAN JOSE — OneSpan Inc. has announced the acquisition of Nok Nok Labs Inc., a provider of FIDO passwordless software authentication solutions.

Combined with OneSpan’s recently launched FIDO2 security keys, this strategic acquisition enables the Company to provide customers worldwide with a future-ready authentication portfolio.
